Directions for use

Directions for use:

Dilute 5-6 drops to 10ml of carrier oil for massage. (Excludes Festive Oil)

Add 5-8 drops in a bath. (Excludes Festive Oil)

5-7 drops mixed with water to an oil burner or diffuser.

Neat Oil Safety Instructions:

  • Please perfom patch test before use.
  • Do not take internally or apply undiluted to skin.
  • Keep away from children & eyes.
  • If irritation occurs stop immediately.
  • Use within 24 Months of opening.

Essential Oil Safety

  • Skin irritation Essential oils are concentrated and can irritate the skin, especially if applied directly. You can dilute essential oils with a carrier oil like almond, coconut, or jojoba oil before applying them to your skin. You can also perform a skin patch test before using a new essential oil on a larger area of your body. 
  • Inhaling Inhaling undiluted essential oils can cause irritation. Prolonged exposure to high concentrations of essential oils can cause lung symptoms and heart issues. 
  • Diffusers If you use a diffuser, follow the manufacturer's instructions and make sure the room is well ventilated. You can clean your diffuser with a 1:1 solution of water and white vinegar. 
  • Ingestion You should never take essential oils by mouth, some oils are toxic and can be fatal. 
  • Interactions with medications Some essential oils can interact with medications please seek medical advice if suffering from any health conditions. 
  • Pregnancy Seek advice from a medical professional before using any essential oils if pregnant.
  • Medical conditions Aromatherapy may not be safe for people with certain conditions like epilepsy, asthma, and some skin conditions. 
  • Flammability Essential oils are flammable and should never be used near an open flame.
